IvyDate operates a private, curated introduction network that delivers hand-selected matches to members’ inboxes weekly. Membership is screened by a dedicated Membership Committee that evaluates applicants based on interests, achievements and values; members can only view and message their tailored matches. The service comprises close to 30,000 members, a majority holding senior corporate or creative roles and multiple academic degrees. Founders Beri Meric and Philipp Triebel plan to expand the service into new markets worldwide beyond New York City, Boston and Los Angeles. To enhance the member experience, IvyDate will soon offer personalized dating suggestions, on-call relationship experts and regular access to exclusive events at top venues. The company is funded to support that expansion and product rollout.
