King Abdullah Ibn Abdulaziz Road, King Salman dist. 2065, Riyadh, Ar Riyad, 12444, Saudi Arabia

Overview

Founded in 2016, Jahez operates an online food delivery and on-demand services platform across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Kuwait, offering q-commerce, last-mile delivery, digital solutions, and cloud kitchens. The company connects restaurants, logistics providers, and customers and has been expanding regionally through M&A. Jahez recently acquired a 76.56% stake in Qatari on-demand delivery company Snoonu in a $245 million transaction, broadening its GCC footprint. Financially, Jahez reported Q2 2025 net profit of SAR 23.6 million ($6.29 million), a 22% decline year‑over‑year driven by weaker adjusted EBITDA and higher depreciation. Its shares closed 0.81% lower at SAR 23.16 on August 19, 2025. The company is using recent financing to fund capital expenditures related to a new headquarters as it integrates regional expansion. Jahez, founded in 2016 by Ghassab Al-Mandil, operates a food delivery platform that automates inbound order flow through a single point and provides last-mile delivery via freelance couriers. It serves restaurant partners across more than 20 Saudi cities and competes with players such as HungerStation and Careem Now. The startup claims to serve 3 million users through a network of 15,000 delivery drivers, has processed more than 20 million orders, and is on track to exceed USD 270 million in order value in 2020 from over 12,000 points of sale. Jahez has partnered with brands including McDonald’s, Burger King, Pizza Hut, SACO, and Whites Pharmacies. The team of 180 employees is spread across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and 19 other cities with Saudization above 90 percent. It has recently expanded into grocery and non-food deliveries and plans further growth into cloud kitchens, groceries and non-food e-commerce services while using new funds to develop technology and launch products.
