Management plans to channel new capital into working capital, debt repayment, capex, and expansion initiatives to capture additional market share. Following its first institutional raise, Indorama Capital now owns 24.13% of the company, valuing the business at about Rs 829 crore post-money. With a history of process-driven operations and a growing order book, Jain Cord aims to scale production capacity and broaden its product portfolio in the coming years.
