Jambb is a Boston-based digital comedy collectibles startup founded in 2020 that mints NFTs of jokes, bits, specials, and memorabilia. The platform offers collectibles standalone or in packs with tiers of rarity and lets collectors build personal galleries on the Jambb network. Owners can access perks such as show tickets, backstage passes, or the ability to influence a comedian’s future bit, and the company highlights open secondary-market mechanics unique to NFTs. Jambb is targeting an official launch on Flow in early November and works with technology partners including Blocto, Moonbeam, MoonPay, BlockVenture, and Graffle. In July 2021 Jambb filmed Non Fungible Jokin’™, the first comedy special produced and sold on the blockchain, and will offer assets from established comedians and rising stars. The company plans to use funding to support content acquisition, expand its blockchain engine, grow headcount, and partner with production teams to create exclusive content.
