Jet Token is a Las Vegas-based company offering fractional ownership, jet cards, and charter service on the HondaJet Elite S. Through its Argus Platinum operating partner, Cirrus Aviation, the company offers jet cards on a fleet of twenty private aircraft ranging from light to ultra-long range. The company operates the Jet Token app (iOS/Android) that allows travelers to search, book, and fly on its fleet or with vetted third-party operators. Jet Token announced a $40 million post-IPO share subscription facility commitment from GEM Global Yield LLC SCS. Under the facility, Jet Token will have the right to periodically sell up to $40 million of common stock to GEM during a 36-month term following a public listing, and Jet Token will control the timing and amount of drawdowns. GEM is described in the announcement as a $3.4 billion alternative investment group with offices in Paris, Nassau (Bahamas), New York, and Los Angeles.
