Overview
聚禾生物 focuses on female health, developing molecular methylation assays and reproductive microecology tests for gynecologic tumor early screening and diagnosis. Its core product, 禾宫康 CISCER®, received NMPA approval in March (registration number 20233400253) and was launched with multi-center data released at a national CSCCP conference. The company has invested heavily in pipeline programs: an endometrial cancer screening product (禾蔻安 CISENDO) completed clinical trials after nearly ¥100M of investment, and an ovarian cancer methylation product (禾薇益 CISOVA) is in clinical trials. 聚禾生物 has conducted three nationwide multi-center studies involving tens of thousands of participants, multiple provincial studies, and a China–Europe cross-national study, and collaborates with institutions in Southeast Asia and Europe. The business plans include global market expansion, continued product R&D and registration filings, broader public health management, and development of a consumer medical segment. Juhe Biotech (Beijing Origin Juhe Biotechnology) was founded in 2020 with a focus on women's health and early diagnosis of gynecologic tumors. The company develops tests built around proprietary methylation biomarkers and related patents to improve specificity and clinical decision support compared with conventional HPV/TCT screening. It has three self-developed products in clinical registration: CisCer (禾宫康) for cervical cancer detection, CisEndo (禾蔻安) for endometrial cancer screening with early-detection rate above 92%, and CisOva (禾薇益) for ovarian cancer with reported sensitivity ~86% and specificity ~95%. All three products have obtained EU CE certification. Juhe is conducting a nationwide multicenter prospective cervical cohort study and the largest multicenter endometrial screening trial in China, with over ten thousand patients enrolled. The company plans to use funds to support regulatory submissions, pipeline construction, clinical trials, and domestic and international market expansion, aiming to expand screening coverage with low-cost, easy-to-use assays.
