Jigsaw is an entity management platform that leverages data and AI to enable businesses to visualise, design, and manage corporate structures. It offers a visual-first system of record and allows users to create diagrams rapidly to map corporate infrastructure. The company says it is becoming the standard corporate structure visualisation platform across major financial institutions, accountancy practices (including the Big Four), and global law firms such as Ashurst, Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Goodwin Procter. Jigsaw already has offices in London, Miami, California, Chicago and Barcelona and plans to launch in Singapore in 2024. After raising $15M in a Series A, it intends to use the funds to expand operations, accelerate development efforts, and grow its global presence. The company plans to double down on generative AI and collaboration features and extend its multi-product line into an end-to-end platform for corporate structuring and governance.
