Jitterbit is an enterprise integration platform-as-a-service (iPaaS) provider whose Jitterbit Harmony API Integration platform securely connects SaaS, cloud and on‑premises applications. The platform combines low-code/no-code and out-of-the-box solutions to help thousands of customers automate processes, manage applications and data, and achieve rapid ROI. The company was recognized in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise iPaaS for a fifth consecutive year in 2020. Audax Private Equity has made an investment to support Jitterbit’s growth initiatives, and the company says the capital will be used to deliver innovative integration solutions, build out its partner ecosystem and explore strategic acquisitions. KKR, Samsung Ventures and other previous investors will continue to hold stakes in the company; terms of the transaction were not disclosed. William Blair served as exclusive financial advisor to Jitterbit while Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati LLP advised the company and Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Audax. Jitterbit offers an API integration platform that enables companies to quickly connect SaaS, on‑premises, and cloud applications and infuse intelligence into business processes. The platform is positioned to let teams of varying technical abilities compose integrations and APIs rapidly, with the company claiming non‑skilled developers can complete work in days. Jitterbit emphasizes reducing the time and cost of connecting applications and automating end‑to‑end business processes. The company says its tools help connect systems such as ERP and supply‑chain management, accelerating integration speed. Following the investment, Jitterbit plans to use the funding to increase its international presence and accelerate sales and marketing in the region. Samsung SDS will leverage and resell Jitterbit solutions to customers in South Korea as part of the arrangement. Jitterbit offers an API integration and transformation platform that enables businesses to exploit data from any source by quickly connecting SaaS, on‑premises, and cloud applications and infusing intelligence into business processes. Led by CEO George Gallegos, the company focuses on rapid API connectivity and integration to support enterprise workflows. In July 2017 Jitterbit raised $25M in a Series C funding round. The round was led by KKR from its Next Generation Technology Fund. The company plans to use the capital to increase its sales and services teams and to enhance its international presence, particularly in EMEA and APAC. Customers include marquee brands such as Allstate Insurance, Rutgers University and United Way. Jitterbit provides a cloud integration platform that helps companies bridge legacy IT with modern API, cloud and device-based services to automate business workflows. Its solutions target professionals in IT, marketing, sales and other roles across manufacturers, educational institutions, software companies and healthcare providers.
