Zhejiang Jiyun Education Group, founded in 2005, is a Zhejiang-based "skills + degree" education group. It partners with multiple universities to run workplace innovation and entrepreneurship classes and provides vocational skills training. The company operates its own online platform and collaborates with universities and correspondence stations to deliver adult higher-education associate and bachelor's degree programs. Jiyun has launched workplace innovation classes with more than 10 well-known universities, has online partnerships with over 160 institutions, and cumulative online learners exceeding 600,000. In April 2020 the company completed a near ¥100 million B round financing led by Kunling Capital. Legal adviser Tongli provided due diligence, transaction-structure design, transaction document drafting, and negotiation services to Kunling Capital.
