JobRocker operates an online job search portal that first matches users' CVs to potential openings using an algorithm and then applies further consulting to connect employers and candidates. The platform presently serves about 30,000 users and works with around 300 companies, including German supermarket chain Metro. The startup is Vienna-based and plans to use new funding for further product development and to expand its team. Specifically, JobRocker intends to open offices in Germany in Munich, Berlin, and Frankfurt. Financially, the company has secured a €1 million Series A and previously raised a €150,000 cash injection last year. The Series A is positioned as the firm's first significant investment to accelerate its expansion.
