The company targets high-performance computing and network communications customers, offering advanced-process interface IP, one-stop high-end SoC customization, and advanced Chiplet packaging products. Beyond IP, Zhongyin is developing self-owned Chiplet products to address agile development needs in the post‑Moore era. Recently the company completed a B round financing of over ¥100 million.
