Jointer.io is a Los Altos, California–based commercial real estate investing platform led by CEO and founder Jude Regev. The company provides an artificial intelligence, tokenization and blockchain-based platform that issues debt tokens to let property owners borrow from the public and instantly unlock equity at zero cost. It maintains offices in Tel Aviv, Silicon Valley (California) and Asia. In December 2019 the company raised $2.5M in seed funding, including a $1M prize from the Grand Finale of the Global Startup Competition – FinTech. Jointer.io intends to use the funds for substantial growth as it moves into a beta stage.
