The company was created by CEO John Loiacono and Chairman Hatch Graham. Jolata closed a $7M second round of financing to accelerate growth. The company intends to use the funds to scale development and field-deployment teams and expand its go-to-market partnerships. As part of the financing, James Armstrong of Spirent joined Jolata’s board.
