JOLT Energy operates battery-buffered ultra-fast electric vehicle charging stations that deliver up to 320 kW and can add roughly 100 km of range in about 5 minutes (up to 200 km in 10 minutes). Its charging units use integrated battery storage to connect to existing low-voltage grids without major construction or network expansion, enabling deployments in dense urban locations. JOLT installs stations in high-traffic public sites such as supermarket parking lots and partners with cities, retailers and service locations to roll out infrastructure. The company plans to install thousands of fast-charging stations across European and North American cities over the next few years; first sites in German cities are already operational and 100 more are planned by year-end. JOLT positions its network as an intelligent energy storage system that can stabilise the grid and balance renewable supply and demand in real time. Financially, JOLT completed a major financing in May 2023 to support this expansion.
