The product personalizes experiences to user goals, sends affirmation texts and notifications, and generates monthly progress assessments to boost engagement. The app frames practice as a game—users "power up" as they train—to reach audiences who do not adopt traditional meditation habits. The founders designed the technique to mirror methods used by NASA during flight training, veterans’ organizations, and Olympic-level coaching.
