Its main products include high-performance trench-gate field-stop IGBTs, shielded-gate trench MOSFETs, high-voltage MOSFETs and fast-recovery MOSFETs. These products are used widely in power management and motor drive systems. The company recently completed a Series C financing of over ¥200 million. Proceeds will be used to develop and mass-produce automotive-grade IGBT and SiC MOS product platforms and to expand automotive-grade IGBT and SiC module packaging lines. The company also plans to grow its sales and other talent teams and to increase operating cash reserves.
