Jubenial is a marketplace focused on real-estate services for people over 65, launched in recent months and accelerated by LaFinca Ventures Camp. The company closed its first financing round to consolidate the business and push growth in the senior housing segment. It will use the €100,000 to expand its portfolio of solutions, including asset-liquidation services, and to reinforce a co-investment project in housing for retirees. Management also plans to invest in marketing and technological development aimed at improving quality of life for older adults. Co-founder Víctor Tostado described the round as recognition of Jubenial’s potential and a step to accelerate growth, and the company says it will continue focusing on innovation and serving investors.
