Moms who source deals earn a percentage of the revenues when customers purchase them. Launched in May 2010 and led by co-founder and CEO Philippa Smith, the company leverages local moms to both source and promote offers. The company plans to use new funding to continue building its national network of local moms and expand its market reach. According to the company, it is seeking over 2,000 moms to source and market local deals across 100 markets.
