The product emphasizes lower cost and higher automation compared with legacy providers, letting users manage invoices and account balances without direct interaction. Customers gain social protections—registration with the national healthcare system, retirement contributions and eligibility for unemployment benefits if contracts are terminated. Jump charges a flat subscription fee of €79 per month and offers access to third-party services including AXA, Alan and several freelance marketplaces. The company has worked with hundreds of freelancers and has invoiced €3 million to date. The founders position the product to capture a larger market of remote and international contractors who need French payroll without a local subsidiary.
