君和堂 is a TCM chain focused on delivering multi-level traditional Chinese medical and health-management services. Founded in 2011, it operates more than ten clinics across cities including Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuhan, Hangzhou and Wuxi and serves nearly one million patient visits annually. The company emphasizes its "明医好药" philosophy, maintaining a large roster of senior TCM experts (national and provincial masters, doctoral supervisors and hundreds of practising physicians). It runs a three-year TCM training program to reserve talent and this year plans to launch a doctor partner program to make clinicians stakeholders.
