Juqiao Industrial produces fabric-based flexible tactile sensors and electronic "skin" intended for humanoid robots, automotive interiors and medical/eldercare uses. The company says it has reached serial production, reporting its thousandth batch in September 2025 and a factory capacity of up to 200,000 automotive-class sensor elements. Juqiao has integrated its sensors into simulation tools such as NVIDIA Isaac Sim and MuJoCo and is promoting a proprietary data format and data-collection kits to train embodied-AI systems. It has an automotive order from a large EV maker (unnamed) for series implementation in next-generation intelligent cabins with potential annual volumes in the hundreds of thousands. Its Juqiao Care division has released version 2.1 for smart wards, nursing homes and home care and reports deployments in hospitals and partnerships with major Chinese eldercare operators and a medical company. The company's research arm, Juqiao Lab, develops additional flexible-sensor products (including the OneStep FootLab gait-analysis platform operating up to 300 Hz) and is advancing an electronic-skin 2.0 with multidimensional force, temperature and humidity sensing plus enhanced durability and self-repair features.
