JustInvesting is a UK-based private equity exchange focused on early-stage ventures. Led by CEO Paul McGuire, the platform aims to enable professional investors to consolidate discovery, investment, management and exit processes into a single platform. It provides tools to support the entire investment lifecycle while making it easier for companies to access growth capital. The company operates as an appointed representative of Sturgeon Ventures LLP and is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. In November 2013 JustInvesting raised £750K in seed funding. Investors in the round included Robin Klein, Edward Wray, the Angel CoFund and several senior finance industry executives.
