Juventas Cell Therapy is a Tianjin-based cell therapy company developing CAR-T treatments, with its lead product CNCT19 targeting CD19 for B-cell malignancies. The company’s pipeline includes a pre-IND CD19/CD20 CAR-T for non-Hodgkin lymphoma and additional cellular candidates in preclinical and exploratory studies. Juventas plans to pursue a new drug application in China for CNCT19 and to implement a commercialization and international R&D plan for the program. CASI Pharmaceuticals and Juventas have a collaboration to co-commercialize CNCT19 under a joint steering committee and share global co-commercial and profit-sharing rights.
