Jyve provides a SaaS platform that intelligently matches grocers, brands, and retailers with certified, skilled in-store labor at scale. The system uses machine learning to source and identify talent for merchandising, backroom work, e-commerce fulfillment, and consumer brand ambassadorship. Jyvers complete a variety of in-store jobs including stocking, display building, shelf auditing, order input, pick-and-pack, and delivery, while the platform supplies real-time insight into on-the-ground demand and performance. After three years in stealth the company has reached $400 million in bookings. Jyve currently operates across 31 states and more than 6,000 Jyvers have served over 4,000 stores for dozens of grocery retailers and brands. The company has recently added Anu Gupta as Chief Operating Officer and Ralph Leung as Chief Financial Officer.
