Kaapi Machines began as an importer and installer of international coffee equipment and has built a pan-India service network for B2B customers in the HoReCa segment. Over the last two years it has pursued collaborations with global brands to manufacture and assemble certain products in India, signalling a shift toward greater localisation and product innovation. Its client roster includes major chains and hospitality brands such as Starbucks, Blue Tokai, McDonald’s, Araku, Subko, Burger King, Boojee, ITC Hotels and Oberoi. The company intends to invest further in manufacturing, localisation, technology, warehousing and after-sales service to support growth. Kaapi Machines projects revenue in excess of ₹150 crore for the 2026–27 financial year and plans to continue focusing on the B2B HoReCa market.
