Kampyle builds a user feedback analytics platform offering products for websites and software install/uninstall flows. The company reported a 600% customer growth rate last year, adding 25,000 users for a total of 35,000 (paying proportion not disclosed). On average 19 users saw a Kampyle feedback button every second, which the company says resulted in 8 million feedbacks processed. Fifty-seven percent of users who provided feedback included their real email address, signaling willingness for follow-up. Kampyle is enhancing its existing feedback products and has begun beta testing 'Kampyle for Applications' to solicit feedback about actual application usage. It also offers integrations with Salesforce, Omniture, NedStat and Google Analytics to provide an end-to-end view of user flow from site visit through installation and usage.
