Karaoke One provides a Windows app that allows people to record and share their vocal performances. The app has been downloaded half a million times from around the world. The company has iOS and Android versions in private beta and plans to use the recent funding to launch those mobile apps. Karaoke One was accelerated within Rome-based LUISS ENLABS and is led by CEO Antonio Vecchio. In the reported round the company raised €450k, with a €1.85m post-money valuation. The raise and existing traction are intended to support the mobile rollouts.
