Keepsy builds collaborative photo albums that let groups of friends combine pictures to create a single physical or digital book. The company’s first product targets birthdays, allowing up to 100 friends to collaborate on an album via Facebook, invite others, add photos, and contribute to the book’s cost or a gift card. Keepsy can list mutual Facebook friends for contributors and scan public Facebook and Flickr photos to find more images. Digital scrapbooks are free; printed albums start at $30.
