Keepy offers a private, interactive scrapbook platform for parents to upload, annotate, and organize children's artwork, report cards, photos, videos and other mementos into a "Memory Playlist." The product supports voice and video comments so parents and relatives can add stories and reactions alongside each item. It launched a little more than a month before the article and had already attracted more than 50,000 parents and family members. Keepy emphasizes privacy as a differentiator from public social networks. Founder Offir Gutelzon, who sold PicScout to Getty Images in 2011, aims to collect and preserve childhood memories indefinitely. The company has raised capital to support growth and product adoption.
