Kenandy is a provider of SaaS-based ERP solutions for global enterprises that design, manufacture and distribute products. Its cloud ERP system is natively built on the Salesforce Platform and automates core business processes including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, planning and production, and global financials. Led by founder, chairman and CEO Sandra Kurtzig, the company targets large manufacturers and distributors. Kenandy said it will use the $33M Series B proceeds to expand all areas of its business. The company is based in Redwood City, California and previously raised a Series A in 2011. Kenandy is a cloud-based supply chain and manufacturing management platform led by Sandra Kurtzig, the former founder, CEO and chairman of the Ask Group. Its SaaS horizontally integrates inventory management, engineering, purchasing and production for manufacturers. The product is built on Salesforce's Force.com platform and supports mobile access on iPad, iPhone, BlackBerry and Android, enabling on-the-spot updates to work orders, quantities, shortages and lot information. The company had been in stealth mode for over a year and reported positive reception in a limited beta. Customer deployments were expected later this year, and Kenandy planned to debut its application at Salesforce's Dreamforce conference.
