Keplero AI offers a platform that automates customer service across website, email, WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Messenger, integrating with any API or external software to fetch real-time data and perform actions like bookings, order lookups and quote generation. Founded by Gabriele Feudo (CEO) and Giovanni Davalli (COO) in October 2023, the company has acquired more than 100 loyal customers within months, focused on education, e-commerce, travel and hospitality. With the new funding the startup plans to expand and develop the platform, adding new features to improve customer service and operational efficiency. Product road map includes transfer of lead validation to the call center via an AI assistant able to call and perform initial evaluations, and development of an AI-based sales agent to contact targeted customers and handle sales and marketing operations. The company currently employs six people across Milan and Rome and intends to hire additional AI engineers and senior sales staff to support product and commercial growth. Management emphasizes using AI to automate routine tasks while preserving human roles for higher-value activities.
