KERYS Software virtualises workloads through its YS::Cloud and YS::Desktop platforms, enabling several work environments to share a single workstation or server without sacrificing performance or security. Its lightweight, highly secure microkernel delivers near-native CPU and GPU performance and safely virtualises workloads that previously required dedicated hardware. The approach reduces the number of physical devices and improves server utilisation, lowering total cost of ownership and corporate carbon footprints. The company was founded in 2024 by Thomas Brethomé, Sébastien Domergue and Sylvain Cassier and was joined in early 2025 by CEO Thomas Girard. KERYS has formed strategic and commercial partnerships, is recognised in France's deep tech and cybersecurity ecosystem, and is partnering with CEA LIST to formalise security certifications targeting very high assurance levels such as EAL5+. With the €6.2M pre-seed round, KERYS plans to grow its team, improve its product, scale go-to-market and accelerate international expansion.
