KCA Holdings is a Leigh, UK-based technology group that develops Service Geeni, a service and workforce management software platform, and Cloud Geeni, a cloud IT service. Service Geeni helps medium to large service management companies maximise efficiency and service delivery through process streamlining, inventory optimisation, intelligent multi-variable scheduling and data visualisation. Cloud Geeni is a Microsoft Gold Partner providing private, cloud-based IT infrastructure solutions to UK SMEs. The company has grown over the last three years and employs 95 people across its head office in Leigh and a development hub in Bengaluru, India. Following a £5.3m minority investment from BGF, KCA plans to increase investment in software design and development, enhance user interface and experience, and expand cloud infrastructure and technology. Management says the investment will accelerate delivery of additional benefits to existing and new customers.
