Keymetrics is a software-as-a-service dashboard that connects to PM2 instances to monitor and manage Node.js applications in real time. It was founded by Alexandre Strzelewicz, the creator of the open-source PM2 process manager. The product tracks metrics every second, offers instant alerts for crashes and resource issues, and provides reports and insights on codebase and infrastructure. Keymetrics targets users of PM2 and aims to be the preferred monitoring option for that ecosystem. The company has around a hundred clients who pay roughly $90 per month on average, and PM2 has seen over 20 million downloads. After attending Techstars NYC in early 2015 and iterating on a paid offering, Keymetrics is using its new funding to scale growth.
