Kotak Mahindra Bank has agreed to invest Rs 310 crore to acquire a roughly 9.99% minority stake, adding financial support to the business. KFin’s leadership says the Kotak investment, alongside General Atlantic, will help the company advance its technology, business processes, leadership depth and governance. Management plans to use the support to build next-generation techfin solutions for financial infrastructure institutions.
