Khorus offers a single system of record for CEOs that aligns every employee’s goals with executive strategic objectives and collects weekly, crowdsourced, forward-looking intelligence to forecast performance and surface problems. The platform provides a quick dashboard for CEOs to track commitments, predict outcomes, and take early action. Since launching its product in February 2014, Khorus has gained 25 customers across finance, healthcare, and higher education. The application is designed for companies with 100 or more employees and is accessible via the Web and iPad; version two, with broader mobile support, is due in the next few months. Khorus will use the new funding to market the software to CEOs of mid-size and large companies, advance product R&D, and expand the team. The company has raised $6 million to date.
