Kick ICT is a Scottish MSP. LDC has invested in the company to propel its expansion across the UK. Under LDC's support, Kick ICT intends to acquire complementary businesses in Scotland and Northern England as part of an acquisition-led growth strategy. Founded in 2015 by Tom O’Hara alongside Alan Turnbull and David Chazan, the company is headquartered in Strathclyde Business Park. It has completed seven acquisitions and grown revenue to £18 million while serving a portfolio of over 900 customers. The business reports increased demand for ERP, cyber security and network environment support as clients adapt their working models. Kick ICT intends to use new funding to support UK-wide growth and further scale its capabilities and presence across Scotland and the wider UK. Geoff Neville has been appointed chairman to support the next chapter of growth, and BGF has become a strategic investment partner.
