KindWorks.AI builds an enterprise-facing platform that uses AI and behavioral science to deliver personal Kindness exercises aimed at improving connectivity, well-being, and outcomes. Its AI agent, Beni, shares exercises across eight elements of Kindness — sincerity, gratitude, giving, empathy, connecting, recognition, compassion, and listening — and encourages regular practice to form habits.
