Kinematix develops TUNE, an in‑shoe wearable system and companion app that measures GPS stats (pace, speed) and each foot’s behavior via sensors (stance dynamics, stance time, strides, symmetry). Sensor data from the insoles automatically syncs with a smartphone or smartwatch and is processed in the cloud alongside each runner’s profile. The platform delivers personalized exercise plans to help users improve form and fitness. The company is led by CEO Paulo dos Santos and is based in Porto, Portugal. Kinematix closed a €2M funding round and has raised €9.6M in total funding. It intends to use the new funds to launch TUNE in Brazil and to expand its wearable market presence in the US and the European Union.
