Kinetics was established in 2024 to bring Karpowership's LNG shipping activities under a single entity within Karadeniz Holding. The company operates in LNG shipping and floating LNG terminal operations and manages a logistics network tied to those activities. Financially, Kinetics issued $400 million of four-year, first‑lien secured senior notes in the Norwegian high‑yield market in November 2025. In the same period it secured a $25 million investment from Istanbul-based Actera Group to fund expansion of its floating LNG terminal capacity and logistics infrastructure. These financings combine secured debt and fresh investment capital to support the company's growth plans.
