Those ratings and metrics are augmented by financial and operating data required to be filed with the SEC. The company aims to serve both individual investors and investment professionals such as registered investment advisors, family offices and wealth advisors. KingsCrowd is led by CEO Chris Lustrino. It raised approximately $1m in a capital raise conducted on Boston-based Netcapital, a private securities platform that connects investors and entrepreneurs. KingsCrowd is a ValueSetters, Inc. (OTC: VSTR) portfolio company.
