Kingsland University is an Atlanta-based higher education institution accredited through the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS-CASI) that focuses on preparing students for high-demand, well-paying careers in emerging technologies. Led by CEO John Souza, the institution offers training programs in software engineering, blockchain development, and cybersecurity. It has delivered programs worldwide to more than 175,000 students to date and partners with companies, universities, government agencies, and not-for-profits. The organization secured $20M in growth financing to expand its training opportunities and to enable students to access programs without paying tuition upfront. To launch and manage its Income Share Agreement (ISA) program, Kingsland partnered with Leif, the ISA management platform. The new capital is intended to scale access to its career-focused training and support upward career mobility into highly skilled tech jobs.
