Kitchit provides Kitchit Marketplace, which allows customers to book personal chefs for fully customizable in-home restaurant experiences. Its Tonight service is available Tuesday through Sunday and offers three signature menus that feature a starter, entrée and dessert. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available. Menus are priced at $39 per person. The company said it will use the funds to accelerate the growth of the marketplace. Kitchit currently serves the San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago and New York markets. The company was co-founded by Brendan Marshall and Ian Ferguson.
