Overview
Founded in 2019, KiteRa offers two core cloud products: “KiteRa Pro,” a regulation-management platform for labor and social security attorneys, and the newly launched “KiteRa Biz,” which targets large enterprises that must maintain hundreds of internal rules and policies. The service stores and versions company regulations, supports compliance checks, and is gradually integrating AI to recommend optimal rule sets and automatically detect legal deficiencies using a database that already contains roughly 10,000 companies’ regulation documents. Management believes the attorney channel gives it a network effect that will ultimately connect professional firms and their corporate clients in a single, unified product “economic sphere.” Monetization has begun to solidify—management says KiteRa Pro has achieved clear PMF and is producing steady recurring revenue, providing the foundation for expansion into the enterprise segment. The team is 40 people today and plans to scale to about 110 within a year, supported by a product-focused “Product Unit” charged with driving the roadmap toward broader governance, risk, and compliance functionality. The company’s mission is to create a world where everyone can work with peace of mind, and its culture emphasizes a calm, professional environment over a flashy, “hustle” ethos.
