Kiwi provides secure, hands-free access for large multi-tenant buildings via a transponder called “Ki” carried in a pocket or through a mobile app. Its core product enables contactless entry for commercial and residential properties. Customers include Deutsche Post, Alba, the Berlin fire brigade and numerous real estate companies. The company employs more than 30 people. Kiwi raised a €4m Series A to expand its infrastructure and strengthen its market position in Germany. It plans to use the funding to internationalize into selected markets abroad.
