The company targets verticals including energy and utilities, telecom, oil and gas, manufacturing and other industrial and commercial service markets. Enterprise and municipal utility customers cited in the announcement include California Water Service, Municipal Gas Authority of Georgia, Madison Gas & Electric, Hawaiian Telcom, TETRA Technologies and Sony Interactive Entertainment. KloudGin says its products improve worker productivity and customer experience while enabling quick creation of digital-native processes that return immediate ROI and unlock new revenue streams.
