The company is developing nitric oxide technology that it says is effective against antibiotic-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Mycobacterium abscessus. Know Bio anticipates submitting an investigational new drug application and initiating human clinical trials in early 2018. Neal Hunter is the chairman and managing director. The company filed a Form D claiming a Rule 506(b) exemption for its recent offering.
