Knowlarity Communications builds cloud telephony products, including flagship offerings SuperReceptionist and SmartIVR, that can process over a million calls an hour. The company says it powers more than 6,500 companies and has a presence in 65 countries. Headquartered in Singapore with offices in Gurgaon, Mumbai and Bangalore, Knowlarity was founded in 2009. The funding will be used for R&D and international expansion. The firm has previously received investment from Sequoia Capital and has scaled rapidly since inception.
