Knozen is building a mobile app that uses fun, free social games to reveal and share users' personalities. Founded by Marc Cenedella (TheLadders), the product is currently in alpha and being iterated. The app emphasizes social, positive ways to comment on and share personality observations with friends. Knozen plans to apply the volunteered personality data across HR, recruiting, sales, marketing, advertising and software customization. Cenedella describes the vision as becoming a "personality API for the internet." Financially, the company closed a $2.25 million seed round to fund product development ahead of an early-2014 launch.
