KodaCloud (formerly Art2Wave) is a Campbell, Calif.-based provider of cloud service Wi‑Fi powered by patented artificial intelligence for enterprise customers. Led by founder and CEO Bernard Herscovici, the company targets SMBs, hotels, multi-location enterprises and Managed Services Partners. Its service ships Wi‑Fi access points directly to customer locations so customers do not need to buy equipment or partners to manage inventory, and networks can be installed and activated in minutes via a web dashboard or smartphone app with AP-to-cloud activation over existing LAN and Internet. The platform monitors, learns, adapts and automatically adjusts interference parameters across customer networks using learning and real-time contextual calculations without active involvement of a network IT person. KodaCloud delivers and manages Wi‑Fi networks for a low monthly fee and is now managing over 500 access points. The company is using the new funding to launch and expand adoption of its Cloud Service Wi‑Fi.
